Purpose of processing and how we use your personal data.
We use your data in a variety of ways, which vary according to the purpose of the processing. There are cases in which our company will not be able to take action if it does not have specific Personal Data, such as those of your Personal Data that are required when processing your orders so that they can be delivered by the courier to you instead of a third party.
The purposes of processing your personal data are:
(a) the provision of the services you wish to receive from us such as the purchase of products you wish to purchase from us. Specifically, in order to be able to deliver your orders and provide after-sales support to you after the sale, we require data such as:
• Your name and surname so that the delivery service knows who to deliver to.
• the billing and/or delivery address so that you can receive the delivery at your place.
• a phone number so that we can communicate with you regarding your order.
• your email address so that you can receive updates about your order.
All the above are necessary in order to prevent and detect fraud against you as well as against our company.
(b) With your consent, and if you have provided us, either during the creation of a member account or when subscribing to our newsletter and personalized communication, with any data that may be necessary on a case-by-case basis, the following options are provided:
• To subscribe to newsletters, receive updates and promotions you must provide us with your email address. With your registration and your consent, you will be able to receive all the updates and offers we send via email and text messaging or Instant messaging through related services (for example via SMS, Viber, Push Notifications, etc.)
• To create a Member Account, you must provide us with your email address and set your own personal passwords. By creating a member account in accordance with the above and with your consent, you will be able to make your next orders without having to re-enter your details. You will, henceforth, be able to enjoy an optimal experience with access to your account information and all the settings that are available on your account page. This gives you access to all of your data, so you can complete or modify them as needed. In your account, you can enter all the necessary information required for your orders to be fulfilled, thereby avoiding having to fill it in each time you want to place an order.
Credit / Debit Card Details
Credit card details are requested upon completion of your order, if you choose the relevant payment method, for the sole reason of being electronically transmitted to the bank, via a secure environment, which will process your payment. Our company does not store any credit card details in its systems beyond the last 4 digits of the card number, in the event that we need to identify it.
What are the reasons for processing your personal information?
We only process the personal data you provide us when we have a legitimate reason to do so. Reasons for processing your personal data are:
(a) the provision of the services you wish to receive from us such as the purchase of products and consequently the fulfillment of our contractual obligations in this context; the receipt of your orders; after-sales support; in order to communicate with you about your orders and generally where it is reasonably necessary or in compliance with legal or regulatory requirements in order to resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce the terms and conditions.

Where do we pass on data?
Our company transmits personal data to third parties commissioned by the company to process personal data on its behalf. Specifically:
The data is transferred only to partner companies that provide services regarding the dispatch of promotional material and personalized offers.
