• Changes are accepted within 10 days

• shipping costs are €5 

• put the money in the envelope

• place the envelope in the package

• the packaging must be intact, not damaged and with no tags missing 

• Close the package safely

• send it with ACS courier services exclusively 

• you indicate that the charge is for the recipient

Product Return Procedure due to defect:

In the case of defective products, the store, the staff of the Dangerous Minds Team

As well as the manufacturer will perform checks.

• returns are accepted for up to three months from the purchase of the product

• first contact the Customer Service department in the Athens shop on 2103315362

• email info@dangerousminds.gr attaching photographic evidence of the defect

• place the product in the box

• close the package safely

• send it with ACS courier services exclusively 

• You indicate that the charge is for the recipient

• If the same product is not available you will receive a refund so it is good to have your IBAN attached just in case
