1. Terms
DANGEROUSMINDS reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew the present terms and conditions of transactions made through its online store in accordance with its needs and business ethics. DANGEROUSMINDS undertakes to inform users about any modifications and any changes made through the website of this e-shop. It is clarified that changing terms does not include orders that you have already made.

DANGEROUSMINDS is committed to the completeness and validity of the information posted on www.DangerousMinds.gr both as to the existence of the essential characteristics that are provided on a case-by-case basis for each product it holds and on the accuracy of the data relating to the services provided by the DANGEROUSMINDS online store, subject to any technical or typographical errors that have escaped our attention or have occurred inadvertently or due to any downtime of the website outside our control.
3. Limitation of Liability
DANGEROUSMINDS cannot provide any guarantee for the availability of the products, but it guarantees providing timely information to consumers about their unavailability.

8. Purchase of Products

However, errors cannot be ruled out in prices and secondary product specifications and it cannot be ensured that there will be no website outages or "human" error when updating/posting the price of a product. For the safety and efficiency of your purchases, we invite you to contact Customer Service at 25510-38014 or via the e-mail form found on the site, in the event that you find that a product is offered at an abnormally low or high price compared to its market value before proceeding with your order.

When you place your order, you will receive an automated e-mail listing your order details. After the DANGEROUSMINDS online shopping department processes your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation about the products that will be shipped to you.
As your order progresses, you will be receiving a series of automated emails regarding the progress of your order. These messages will refer to the following steps:
Order Processing: When your order has been received by a partner of our company who checks if it is correct
Packing Status: Your order at the stage of product collection in our warehouse.
Pricing: The products have been collected and have been routed for shipping to your location.

9. Cancellation/Return/Replacement of Products
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and ask for their replacement: a) in all cases where you received products other than or substantially different from those you ordered due to proven error on DANGEROUSMINDS part b) in all cases where there was a defect or the product was not as described and under the condition that (i) the warranty of the manufacturer or importer does not make different provisions and the product is covered by the warranty, and the warranty conditions apply; or (ii) if there is no warranty under (i) the buyer's rights have not legally lapsed; or (iii) if there is no warranty as per (i) and the defect or missing property is not significant.
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their change with another product or products up to the amount of the price you paid or at an additional cost if you wish, within ten (10) days of receipt of the product.
You have the right to return the products you purchased and to claim payment of the price you paid to us: a) in all cases where there is a defect in the product or the product was not as described, and under the condition that (i) the warranty of the manufacturer or importer does not make different provisions and the product is covered by the warranty, and the warranty conditions apply; or (ii) if there is no warranty under (i) the buyer's rights have not legally lapsed; or (iii) if there is no warranty as per (i) and the defect or missing property is not significant and (b) within 14 days of product delivery.
DANGEROUSMINDS is liable for damages in the event that the product was not as described or there was a defect only if it was responsible for those, and is therefore not responsible for negligence.
In addition, in all cases the product that is to be replaced must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. In all the above cases, the products to be replaced and repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and their packaging must the one that normally accompanies the product (with the correct IMEI) and be in perfect condition, along with all the documents accompanying the product (eg ITT, Receipt and so on). Before returning, it is advisable to consult with the DANGEROUSMINDS Online Shop. In any case, return and replacement is feasible under the following conditions: 1. contact the online store on the same day or the next business day 2. in the event of a change of product within 10 days with another or others of up to the same price or higher, or withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with Article 5 paragraph 10 of Law 2.251 / 1994, the product must not have been used 3. the product is accompanied by all the necessary documentation proving the transaction (eg ITT, receipt etc.)
10. Order Cancellation
An order can be canceled in the following cases: Before completing the order, during the online ordering process, you can go back and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the "remove" button. If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can call 800-11-12345 and one of our partners will take over the cancellation of your order. After receiving the product, call us on 25510-38014 or contact us via the site's e-mail form explaining why you wish to cancel your order. A partner will serve you instantly and will inform you of all your choices. If your order has already been invoiced and you wish to cancel it, please contact our Customer Service Department on 25510-38014 and give your order details. However, the status of the order will not change on your account page.
11. Payment Methods

13. Order / Delivery of Products / Shipping Costs
Checkout:
As soon as you finish placing your order, you will receive the following message (example): "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED. THANK YOU. Your order number is 300000029. Please check your e-mail. We have sent you an e-mail confirmation with the details of your order."
Expected arrival:
The order is shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on the region.
• Within 2 to 3 business days to Mainland Greece and Crete (to the Capitals of local prefectures) and the islands, provided the products you have ordered are available. For example, if you are located in a Prefecture Capital and ordered by 15:00 on Tuesday, you will receive your order on Wednesday-Thursday, while in remote areas and villages you will receive it by Thursday-Friday. These deadlines do not apply during times of extreme weather or strikes and any case of force majeure which may affect transfer times. In this case, DANGEROUSMINDS works with specific courier and transport companies, which handle the transfer to the customer. DANGEROUSMINDS hands over the products to them on the next working day.
• If you want to use a transport company which may not be a partner of DANGEROUSMINDS, then you will be responsible for shipping costs, regardless of whether the order exceeds €100 or not.
Shipping Costs / Free Delivery:
For orders throughout Greece, there is no shipping charge.
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
Our supplier was late in dispatching a product: In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you would like us to deliver your order without this product or suggest an alternative. This item will be sent to you immediately after we have received it in our warehouses.
The product you ordered has already been discontinued and is unavailable: there are rare cases among the products we exhibit in our online store, where their supplier suddenly and without warning announces that they are discontinuing them. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you directly to provide you with all the alternatives.
In periods of extreme weather or strikes, and any case of force majeure, which may affect the transfer and delivery of your order.
If it is impossible to contact you by telephone and/or e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in connection with the payment) because, for example: your information have been incorrectly entered.
15. Newsletters
1. DANGEROUSMINDS sends newsletters at regular intervals.
2 DANGEROUSMINDS is not responsible if the newsletter is not delivered to its destination, although it does its best to work with ISP's (Internet Service providers) to ensure delivery.
3. The newsletters may end up in the spam folder, so please check regularly that they are not stored there.

5. If you do not wish to receive any newsletters or wish to be unsubscribed from the DANGEROUSMINDS newsletter, you can let us know using the site's contact form.
