• Your name and email address, provided via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In at registration
• The content of Follow Ups you create, including text, notes, and attached files
• Files and media you choose to attach to your Follow Ups
• Device tokens used to deliver push notifications to your device
• Basic usage data necessary for the app to function correctly

2How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to operate and improve the Follow Up service:

• To create and manage your account
• To store, display, and share your Follow Ups as intended
• To send push notifications related to your Follow Ups
• To identify you when others receive a Follow Up you have sent

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our systems.

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
